Automated window treatments can make your home more comfortable throughout the day. They can be programmed to open and close at different times of the day based on your needs and outside temperatures.

Automated blinds and shades can be operated by your voice through integration with AI assistants like Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, and more: "Alexa / Siri / Hey Google - open my shades." Blinds with PowerView are also compatible with home-automated programs, including IFTTT, Logitech®, Savant®, Control4®, URC®, ELAN®, Remote Technologies Incorporated, and Crestron®. Control, time, and set your shades to raise, lower, tilt, and traverse automatically to suit your schedule.

With PowerView® Hub integration and a compatible smart home system, you can also program your smart window treatments to raise and lower in response to light and temperature sensor commands sent from that system.

Automated blinds and shades can also provide added security when you’re away. When they raise and lower automatically, automated blinds give the appearance that someone is home, especially if you program them to move randomly rather than at set times.
